QR (Quick Response) Codes are a type of bar-code that can be read by a smartphones and converted into website addresses. It's a more convenient way of accessing an address than typing it manually.
ClassicQR.com has individual webpages for each vehicle. The address of each page is translated into picture QR code that the owner places in their windscreen.
Anyone scanning the code with their smartphone will be taken directly to the webpage.
On an Apple iPhone it's as simple as pointing the camera at the code. The phone automatically recognises a QR code an offers to open the webpage.
Other devices may need a QR reader app but most people who know what a QR code is are likely to have an app already.
We will also print the full address underneath the code in case of difficulty.
